Zac Flamig is the tech lead for the Amazon Sustainability Data Initiative at Amazon Web Services. Zac focuses on helping customers share and use climate and weather data on the cloud. He has a PhD in meteorology with a focus on forecasting flash floods across the United States. He aims to democratize access to Earth science data enabling for quicker scientific analysis aimed at creating solutions that will help all of us.
