40-TOP was created by the Alliance for the Economic Development of Southern West Virginia. The WVPEC has partnered with the Alliance on two sessions focused on education and the economy.

Cyber and IT Workforce Virtual Forum

The WVPEC has partnered with Discover the Real West Virginia Foundation (DRWV) to host a fully-virtual forum about key trends affecting cyber and IT workforce development and what is being done to help address barriers to filling in-demand tech jobs, including a lack of security clearances.
