Kian is a seasoned business transformation and innovation leader with over 15 years of global experience in various industries.
He has held various leadership roles in companies such as RBC, City National Bank, GE, Accenture, TOSHIBA, Komfy Delgado, D+H, Mez & Associates Consulting, ROGERS, Belgacom, AT&T, BellSouth, Assurant, Cablevision, Vodafone and TD Bank. Kian has been recognized in many of his roles for outstanding leadership, team building and transformative strategy.
Kian holds a bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in wireless communications from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada and an MBA from University of Toronto with focus on strategy, disruptive innovation and foresight.
Kian is a member of the American Meteorological Society, and IEEE (Former Industrial Relations Chair at Queen’s University).
