Kelly Wright is the Director of the Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). TPO is responsible for NOAA’s technology transfer activities, including patents, licenses and cooperative research as well as the management of the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program.
Prior to becoming Director of TPO in June of 2012, Kelly served as NOAA’s SBIR Program Manager. She has 30+ years of public service, working in a number of capacities.
Kelly graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Conservation Biology.
