Consultant to Education - West Virginia House of Delegates
David Mohr has served as the Senior Policy Analyst for the Committee on Education for the West Virginia House of Delegates since 2000. Prior to his current position, Mr. Mohr worked with the Legislature in various capacities, as Legislative Committee staff, Education Policy advisor, and Legislative Liaison for two West Virginia Governors.
Mr. Mohr has more than 35 years of experience working with the West Virginia Legislature and has covered many topic assignments, ranging from prisons and mental health to taxation, school finance, and Central Bill Drafting. Primarily, Mr. Mohr’s work has centered on education issues.
Mr. Mohr is a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
